Critiques
On one hand, the vibrant colours catch your eye from the beginning and the reflections in the water have sort of a mesmerizing efect, while the fog in the far distance make the focus seem to blur from down to up in the picture.
Counteracting the still, calmed, very horizontal composition appears the river's course, drawing the winding meander which gives title to the submission. It's forms, and the power of the reflected light turn it the undisputable leading actor of the scene.
I maybe would miss a little more definition, or more lightning in the upper part of the picture, but hey... Nobody expects Nature growing according to our compositive will, right? Heh
